Required plugins:

• Divi Supreme Lite -plugin (free)
• Amelia Appointment Booking Lite (upgrade to basic, pro or developer version for more advanced features)
• Woocommerce

Note that a Child Theme should be installed on a fresh WordPress installation and needs Divi Theme as a parent theme installed.
